Eating Disorders

Are you struggling with self-esteem, not feeling good about yourself in general? Do you feel unworthy of having a good life or of being happy? Are you having a difficult time communicating your feelings to others, or that people in your life just don’t get you? Are you dissatisfied with your body and find that you don’t like what you see in the mirror? Do you have difficulty eating?

Would you like to feel better, worthy, and be a happier person? Would you like to feel heard and learn how to communicate so that people can better understand you? Would you like to feel better about your body, and good about yourself overall?
