I teach and help you to develop effective tools that actually make a difference in your relationships, so that you can spend more time enjoying your relationship, and less time in therapy. I can help you to create positive changes that last.

You may feel stuck in your relationships, or perhaps you’re dealing with an unforeseen event, or your just having some communication difficulties. It can be really helpful to have a 3rd party to help you navigate these issues.

It doesn’t necessarily mean long-term therapy. In fact many people find that short-term therapy is a really great way to set you in the right direction.
